These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of products and services by Bava Industries (Pty) Ltd, trading as Green Haus (“the Supplier”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.

Green Haus supplies fresh herbs to restaurants, food service providers, retail outlets, and individual consumers in the Johannesburg area. Our product range includes, but is not limited to, Basil, Mint, Coriander, Rosemary, and Curry Leaves.

2. Ordering

Orders may be placed via WhatsApp, email, or the enquiry form on our website. All orders are subject to product availability. We will confirm order details and delivery arrangements before processing.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted on a per-order or contractual basis and are subject to change. All pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

5. Delivery

We deliver within the Johannesburg metropolitan area. Delivery schedules and any associated fees will be communicated at the time of order. While we make every effort to meet delivery commitments, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Quality Standards

All products are inspected for quality before dispatch. If you receive a product that does not meet the agreed standard, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

7. Returns & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for products that are demonstrably below standard at the time of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim arising from the supply of products shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Bava Industries (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
